Room Rates are based on double occupancy. Many rooms can accommodate 3-4 people ($35 per/live human/night, $10 w/Special). "Busy Traveler (On-line Reservation) Special" designed, by popular demand, for our busy and corporate on-line guests that may not want to be "forced" to eat my delicious breakfast. Why should you pay for the many expenses involve in our breakfast if you are leaving early or just want to sleep late, etc. Sorry we must be notified at booking or up to three days prior to check-in since our staff is the largest of the breakfast expenses and their schedule needs to be set depending on occupancy. All rates are subject to NJ tax. Room may be held with a credit card. In lieu of a credit card, 1 night or 50% of the entire stay (whichever is greater) is due by check or money order within 5 days of booking the reservation and 100% is due 14 days prior to stay. Group deposit requirements may vary. The balance is due in full at time of check-in.
Check-in time is 2:00PM-8:00pm (later by apointment). Our favorite guests E-mail their approximate check-in time when possible. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Extended check-out is available (5:00pm) for $35 if your room is available the following day. All room rates are for double occupancy. Each additional guest $30 is per night and and includes beach badge.
Cancellations or shortening of reservation:
Cancellations within 14 days will receive a refund if room is rebooked (Group bookings of four or more room nights is 30 days notice). A $35 rebooking fee applies to any cancellation or shortening of stay.
The management is not responsible for illness, car trouble, early departures, inclement weather, work conflicts, acts of God, fights with the girlfriend etc. etc. sorry no exceptions. Reservations are nontransferable to another date. Sorry if you move your reservation we still can never recover the dates you cancelled. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
General Policies:
By Law smoking is not permitted at any time within the Avon Manor. Smoking is permitted on the porches and verandas and ashtrays will be provided. If you do chose to smoke in the common areas outside the house, please be aware of the other guests. By order of the fire marshal, lit candles are not allowed in any of the guest rooms. Any guest who smokes or uses lit candles within the Inn will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be provided. Pets are not permitted at the Avon Manor Inn (only in our Cottages), but we can help with accomodations for your pet so you can play with them during the day.
