A full menu breakfast is served every day on our verandah, dining room or open deck. You choose your breakfast off our extensive menu.

New! - The Avon Manor joined one of the finest golf courses in NJ or anywhere. Eagle Oaks Golf Club pictured above. Private to everyone… but you. This Johnny Miller/Jack Nicklaus design has been home to many USGA events and has been called "the Pebble Beach of New Jersey...a must play for any serious golfer." A little more money than public courses but it is a one of a kind experience. World Class practice facility is priceless...extensive short game area that most golfers will never experience in a lifetime. Only downside is you MAY(or not) have to play with me, so up to three can play. All course fees are paid in cash at time of tee off. Rates from $92-165 depending on how many people, when and if you play with me or not. No morning times available. Add a lesson before for $35.

Backyard & Deck:
Our Verandah opens up to our Cedar deck and backyard. Enjoy your breakfast, some sun, or just gaze at the stars all night.

Practice your short game or take a lesson or two. Our backyard beach(bunker) is also a great spot to grab some sun or read a book.
